Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 24, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any inquiry or order you place with us. Please read them before submitting an inquiry.

By using this website or submitting our inquiry form, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and ZUNKANG Bags Factory (保定尊康箱包厂), a women's handbag manufacturer based in Baigou, Baoding, Hebei, China.

Our contact details are listed at the bottom of this page.

What this website is

This website is a business-to-business sourcing and inquiry site. It does not take orders or payments online. When you submit our inquiry form, you are asking us for information and a quotation — you are not placing a binding order.

Quotes and pricing

Any pricing figure we provide is indicative and for reference only. A quotation becomes firm only when we send you a written proforma invoice, which remains valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise.

Orders, deposits and payment

A binding order is formed only when you confirm a written proforma invoice and pay the agreed deposit. For bulk production, our standard terms are a 30% deposit to confirm the order and start production, with the 70% balance due before shipment.

The specific commercial terms of each order — price, quantity, specifications, MOQ, lead time, and payment terms — are those agreed in the signed proforma invoice or contract, which takes precedence over these general terms.

  • The deposit is applied to your order and is generally non-refundable once production has begun, as it covers materials and labor already committed.
  • Sample fees and small payments can be made by PayPal, T/T or Western Union; larger orders can also be settled by L/C at sight.

Samples

We develop samples in 3–5 working days from a confirmed design and specification. Sample fees are charged at cost and are fully credited against your first bulk order for up to 2–3 styles — you only pay for samples if you do not proceed with a bulk order.

Sample freight is paid by the buyer. We can charge the actual freight to your order or ship against your courier account.

Intellectual property

Our catalogue, product designs, photographs, text, and branding on this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

  • OEM (private label): when you order our stock designs under your brand, our designs remain our property and you receive a non-exclusive right to sell the finished goods.
  • ODM (your own design): when you supply your own design, artwork, or materials, you retain ownership of those materials and grant us a license to use them solely to produce your order.

Quality and claims

Every order passes our three-stage quality control before shipment. If a defect is confirmed against our inspection report, we will re-make or replace the defective pieces free of charge.

Quality claims must be raised within 15 days of receiving the goods, with clear photos or videos of the defect. Transit-damage claims are handled through the carrier or freight insurance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, or goodwill.

Compliance and export

You are responsible for ensuring that the goods, your use of them, and their import into your country comply with all applicable laws, including import duties, product safety, and labeling requirements.

We comply with applicable export controls and sanctions laws and may decline or delay an order where doing so is necessary for compliance.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information in the inquiry form and not to use this website for any unlawful or harmful purpose, including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith through friendly negotiation.

Any dispute not so resolved shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules then in force. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its “last updated” date, is the version that applies to you.
