T/T (Bank Transfer)

Our standard payment method for bulk production orders.
  • 30% deposit to confirm your order and start production; 70% balance before shipment.
  • For established buyers, 30/70 terms against a copy of the Bill of Lading are negotiable.
  • A proforma invoice with our bank details is issued at order confirmation.
  • Production lead time starts once the deposit is received.

PayPal

Fast and convenient for sample orders and small payments.
  • Accepted for sample fees and small orders.
  • We send a PayPal invoice to your email — no registration needed on your side.
  • PayPal transaction fees apply to the invoiced amount.

L/C at Sight (Letter of Credit)

Secure bank-to-bank settlement for large orders.
  • Available for large orders.
  • Irrevocable, at-sight L/C opened through your bank (negotiating bank), handled under UCP 600.
  • Payment is made against presentation of shipping documents.
  • Please allow extra time for L/C drafting and bank procedures.

Western Union

A simple, fast transfer for sample fees and small amounts.
  • Best suited to sample payments and small amounts.
  • Funds usually arrive within hours.
  • Our receiving details are provided on request.
  • Transfer fees are paid by the sender.

EXW

EXW — Ex Works

You take ownership of the goods at our factory gate in Baigou, Baoding; everything after that — transport, export customs, insurance and import clearance — is arranged and paid by you.

Buyer responsibilities

  • Arrange pickup and all transport
  • Handle export and import customs
  • Bear all costs and risk from our factory gate

FOB

FOB — Free On Board (Baigou, Baoding or Shenzhen)

We deliver the goods to the named port (Baigou, Baoding or Shenzhen), clear export customs and load them on board the vessel.

Buyer responsibilities

  • Bear ocean freight, insurance and import clearance
  • Risk transfers to you once goods are on board

CIF

CIF — Cost, Insurance & Freight

We cover ocean freight and marine insurance to the destination port; you handle import clearance and inland delivery.

Buyer responsibilities

  • Pay import duties and local transport at destination
  • Risk transfers at the port of shipment

DDP

DDP — Delivered Duty Paid

We manage the whole journey door to door — freight, insurance and import duties included. You simply receive the goods at your door.

Buyer responsibilities

  • Provide destination address and any customs documents required
  • No unexpected duties or freight surprises
