Factory Story
ZUNKANG began in 2021 as a six-person workshop in Baigou, Baoding, making totes for local brands. Five years later, we still work the way we did on day one — carefully.
Today the workshop spans 300㎡ and employs 30 people, including pattern masters who have cut fabric for us since the beginning. Craftspeople who joined as juniors now train the next generation. We invest in both modern and traditional: computerized cutting and stitching lines for repeatable precision, and hand-finishing stations where edges are painted, hardware is set, and every bag is checked by a pair of hands.
We have never chased volume over quality. Our export reputation was built one order at a time — and we intend to keep it that way.

Quality control process
Incoming Material Inspection
every batch of fabric, PU, hardware and lining is checked against our standard before it enters production.
In-line Inspection
QC staff walk the production lines during cutting, sewing and assembly to catch issues early.
Final Inspection
finished goods are checked 100%, with random sampling per batch for major and minor defects before packing.
Equipment & Capacity
- 300㎡ workshop; 30 workers across cutting, sewing, edge finishing, hardware, and packing departments.
- Computerized cutting, industrial sewing lines, edge-painting machines, hardware presses, and a dedicated packing room.
- steady in-house production; production runs of 10–15 days depending on style and quantity.
