MOQ, sample fees, lead times, payment terms, shipping, quality guarantees, and private label — the questions every B2B buyer asks.
Our MOQ is 100 pieces per design, per color split. For repeat orders of an existing design, we can often be flexible — ask us.
The standard MOQ is 100 pcs, but we understand first-time buyers. Tell us your target quantity and budget, and we'll see what we can arrange — including mixed-style trial orders where feasible.
Sample fees depend on the style and materials, and are quoted per development. The fee is fully credited against your first bulk order, so sampling effectively costs you nothing if we move into production together.
3–5 days for a standard sample from our library designs or your sketch. Complex ODM developments may need an extra round, which we'll flag in the first 12 business hours.
10–15 days after sample approval, depending on style, materials, and quantity. Add shipping time: 3–5 days by courier for samples, 30–40 days by sea or 10–15 days by air for bulk.
Three stages: incoming material inspection, in-line inspection during sewing, and a final inspection for major and minor defects before packing. You can request in-line photos and the final inspection report.
T/T with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment for bulk orders; PayPal and Western Union for samples and small orders; L/C at sight for large orders; and Western Union for platform orders.
EXW, FOB Tianjin, CIF, and DDP door-to-door. Samples ship by DHL, UPS, or FedEx; bulk orders go by sea or air, with full export documents.
Yes. DDP door-to-door is available on bulk orders — we handle freight, customs, and duties, and you receive the goods at your address. Get a DDP quote in your first email for a landed-cost comparison.
Yes. Private label: choose one of our 44 styles and add your logo, hardware, colors, and packaging. ODM: send your sketch, reference photo, or tech pack and we develop the product — pattern, materials, and production. Both are core services, not add-ons.
Customer-supplied materials are welcome where they make commercial sense — your fabrics, PU, or hardware — and we'll advise on compatibility and cost at the quote stage.
Every order is inspected before shipping. If a quality problem is confirmed against our inspection report, we remake or replace the defective pieces free of charge, including shipping. We ask for photos and the batch information so we can trace the issue to the production stage.
Ship them to our Baigou, Baoding factory address (in src/data/site.ts). Email us the tracking number so our office can expect the parcel. Photos and measurements by email or WhatsApp work for a first assessment.
